In the tradition of Oriental Medicine there are four pillars of health. They are: Asian Bodywork Therapy (including Zen Shiatsu), life style (including nutrition, exercise, and meditation), acupuncture, and herbal prescriptions. Each pillar of Oriental Medicine is a stand-alone therapy. Each pillar has the same goal: to bring the body back into harmony. There is no "disease" in Oriental Medicine, only disharmony. If the body, mind, and spirit can be brought back into harmony than the goals of joy, abundance, and good health can be realized.
